On March 31, 2023, another batch of of the Women Inspiring Women Forum was organized online which was participated by the DOF stakeholders, including the bureaus and attached agencies. The DOF GAD FPS invited women leaders and program clients such as Atty. Joan D. Adaci-Cattiling, President of OceanaGold (Philippines), Ms. Anne Joverie Patron Lagrama, a GSIS program beneficiary, Ms. Leila C. Martin, Executive Vice President of the Digital Banking Sector of the Landbank of the Philippines, and Ms. Lolita R. Verdadero, Director IV and GAD FPS Executive Committee member of DOF. These guest speaker were asked to share their personal stories of change, how they were able to challenge gender concerns in their respective career and personal lives. This forum provided avenue to encourage young and aspiring women to challenge stereotypes and become advocates of change, 103 females and 47 males across the finance sector were able to participate in this activity.
