On the same day, March 6, 2023, the online film showing of “Retirada”, a film that features the lives of a married couple as they dabble into the life of retirement. Azon, a retired government employee with her new hobby lead to existential desperation and financial complications. This fil was launched to DOF until March 11, 2023. This was participated by sixty-six (66) female and thirty-four (34) male employees. Some of the responses from the audience were: “the film shows how older people to vices such as bingo, and yet it is marked like a fun past-time” it showed how older people can still have mental illnesses during their retirement years etc.
