A seminar workshop on Sexual Harassment Laws and Relevant Policies was held on February 18, 2020 with the participation of 33 female and 16 male DOF officials and employees. Through the assistance of a GAD Resource Pool and lawyer, Atty. Eric Paul D. Peralta, the participants were able to understand the significant concepts and principles of RAs 9262, 8353, 7877, 9208, 2017 RRACCS on Sexual Harassment and CODI. There were also exercises at the end of each discussion to assess participants’ application of learnings to the basic scenarios of sexual harassment cases.
4 out of 4 or 100% of the DOF CODI members were trained on Anti-Sexual Harassment Laws and Relevant Policies.
