A webinar on the Relevant Policies on Sexual Harassment was held on June 10, 2022, facilitated by Atty. Eric Paul D. Peralta, a member of the PCW GAD Resource Pool of Experts. Eighteen (18) female and eleven (11) male DOF employees and members of the newly reconstituted Committee on Decorum and Investigation (CODI) were oriented on RA 7877 (Anti-Sexual Harassment Act of 1995), RA 11313 (Safe Spaces Act), 2017 Revised Rule on Administrative Cases in the Civil Service (RRACCS), and CSC MC No. 11, s. 2021 (Revised Administrative Disciplinary Rules on Sexual Harassment).
