Finance Secretary Cesar Purisima presents Russian Finance Minister Anton Sulianov with a token of a appreciation after a bilateral meeting at the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in Moscow, Russia last week. Secretary Purisima highlighted the need to strengthen bilateral cooperation and discussed a broad range of areas including sharing of best practices in tax administration, expansion of trade, increasing investments in tourism, infrastructure, and agriculture, and support for disaster risk mitigation mechanisms.
