Finance Secretary Carlos G. Dominguez opens the 2nd Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) Multi-stakeholder Consultation, hosted by the Climate Change Commission.
This consultation, moderated by Finance Assistant Secretary and Spokesperson Paola Alvarez, aims to update the public on the NDC development and submission to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). With national government agencies, the private sector, and civil society organizations, this second NDC consultation will discuss sectoral ambition and targets as well as solicit inputs to enhance the document.
