Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez III today said the third-quarter Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth of 7.1 percent puts the Duterte government on target of expanding the economy by at least 7 percent in the short and medium term to generate enough resources for its priority agenda of drastically reducing poverty and creating enough jobs for Filipinos.
