Philippine and Japanese officials witnessed the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) among the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), Japan Overseas Infrastructure Investment Corporation for Transport and Urban Development (JOIN) and the Surbana Jurong (SJ) Group on the development of the New Clark City in Pampanga. The signatories were Mr. Vivencio Dizon, President and CEO of the BCDA, Mr. Takuma Hatano, President and Chief Executive Officer of the JOIN and Mr. Chong Lit Cheong, Group Chief Corporate Officer of Surbana Jurong.
