3April2012_February-2012-fiscal-report30 March 2012, Manila, Philippines: The January to February fiscal deficit of the National Government was recorded at 5.3 billion, lower than the deficit of P8.1 billion incurred during the same period last year. The National Government recorded a surplus in February amounting to P10.7 billion.
