Purisima inks renegotiated deal during trip to Europe
The Philippines and Germany recently signed a renegotiated version of the Double Taxation Agreement between the two countries, otherwise known as the Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation with respect to Taxes on Income and Capital, in Berlin, Germany on 9 September 2013.
As part of continuing efforts to reform the Bureau of Customs, Customs Commissioner Rozzano Rufino B. Biazon directed all personnel of the Bureau, regardless of rank, position, designation and current assignment, are ordered to return to their mother units.
