Objectives:

1) To understand key gender concepts that will enable participants to identify major gender issues during a crisis;

2) To gain insights into developing gender-responsive programs during the pandemic and align existing policies and programs of the DOF; and

3) To gain deeper appreciation of Gender and Development (GAD) in the context of public service.
