Finance Secretary Cesar V. Purisima receives the Order of Lakandula award with the rank of Grand Cross (Bayani) from President Benigno S. Aquino III. Purisima thanked the President for his vision and leadership making good governance deliver great economics for the past 6 years. He likewise expressed his gratitude and congratulations to his fellow cabinet members for a race well run on behalf of the Filipino people.
