Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez III and United States Ambassador to the Philippines Sung Kim led the site visit at the Secondary National Road Development Project (SNRDP) Marker in Guiuan and the Buyayawon Bridge in Mercedes, Eastern Samar on Monday. The project, completed under the US Millennium Challenge Corporation first compact, is now benefiting over 400,000 residents of this province by way of improved access to basic social services and increased economic opportunities.
