Asian Development Bank (ADB) President Masatsugu Asakawa paid a courtesy call on Monday (Feb 24) to President Rodrigo Roa Duterte at the Department of Finance in Manila.
ADB President Asakawa earlier met with Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez to discuss the progress of the ADB’s operations in the Philippines and briefly update the Secretary on the Bank’s pipeline projects and programs for lending and support this year, which is planned to reach a record high of USD 3.3 billion, with about half supporting the government’s Build Build Build infrastructure program.
