Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez and Japan Foreign Affairs Minister Toshimitsu Motegi held a bilateral meeting in Manila on Thursday (Jan. 9) to discuss new areas of expanding the robust bilateral relationship between the Philippines and Japan, the progress of the infrastructure projects under Build, Build, Build program that are being implemented with funding and technical support from Japan, and other fields of economic cooperation.
