Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez III and Commerce Minister Zhong Shan of the People’s Republic of China seal with a handshake their commitment to continue discussions to swiftly address concerns regarding the preparation and implementation of the flagship projects that the country is undertaking with Chinese funding support during the fifth Philippines-China high-level meeting on infrastructure and economic development cooperation held on Tuesday (March 19,2019) at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse. Other members of the Philippine delegation present in the meeting were Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea, Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade, Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark Villar, Interior and Local Government Secretary Eduardo Ano, Budget OIC-Secretary Janet Abuel, Socioeconomic and Planning OIC-Undersecretary Jonathan Uy; and Vivencio Dizon, president-CEO of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA).
