Finance Secretary Cesar V. Purisima meets with Green Climate Fund Executive Director Hela Cheikhrouhou at the sidelines of the Vulnerable 20 Summit in Lima, Peru. They stressed the importance of high-level international cooperation to drive global action on climate change. Purisima led 19 other vulnerable nations in pushing for innovative climate finance solutions to combat what is considered the world’s defining challenge today.
