| NATIONAL CREDIT COUNCIL |  The National Credit Council (NCC) was created by Administrative Order No. 86 on October 8, 1993 mainly to rationalize and optimize government credit and guarantee programs. It also aims to institutionalize consultation linkages and policy dialogues to encourage a higher level of private sector participation in credit delivery in the countryside.
