The public can now look forward to an easy way of airing their inquiries on the Department of Finance (DOF) and its bureaus and attached agencies and corporations.

A project of the department of Finance, a DOF Hotline Center is envisioned to promptly address concerns received by the DOF from the public. DOF Hotline Center operators will be ready to receive calls from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.

The offices covered by the DOF Hotline Center are the Department of Finance and its bureaus and attached agencies/corporations. The bureaus are the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Bureau of Customs (BOC), Bureau of the Treasury (BTr), and Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF). The agencies/corporations on the other hand , are the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Insurance Commission (IC), National Tax Research Center (NTRC), Fiscal Incentives Review Board (FIRB), Central Board of Assessment Appeals (CBAA), Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC),Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP),Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP), Trade and Investment Development Corporation (TIDCORP), Government Service Insurance System (GSIS), Social Security System (SSS), and Home Guarantee Corporation (HGC).
